Scott Day
Hi, my name is Scott. I have been in the building industry all of my adult life. Part of the time I worked in the commercial arena, even helped build Coors Field!
Since that time I have mostly built custom and semi-custom homes in the Brighton, Keenesburg, and Hudson areas. Now I take the skills I learned in custom homes and apply them to our real estate investing business in the houses that we upgrade to make them the best I can. I work hard to give my customers a quality product so they will be satisfied with their decision of buying from us for years to come.
Deanne Day
I am Deanne Kouba Day, the broker/owner of Day and Company, Inc. I have lived in the Denver Metro area for more than 30 years. Originally I came from North Dakota and was raised on a farm in a family of 11.
I have been in the real estate business for more than 24 years. In that time I have helped many people find their homes and sell their homes. I have a passion for the real estate business and love helping others find their dream homes. I bring this passion to our investing business to help people in all walks of life build the lives of their dreams.

After graduating from college a couple years ago, my parents asked me to join them in this business, I jumped on the opportunity.
